Even ignoring the other pieces you might have like anguish or assembler, the bow has over 100 ranged str, so 15 is obviously way more than 8. It also increases the bonus from your ranged level. Accuracy is a similar story.Elite void is 12,5% damage and 10% accuracy and no ranged bonus. Crystal armor with barrows gloves is 15% damage and 30% accuracy with +70 range bonus. So you'll hit nearly as hard but waaaay less accurate. It'll depend a lot on bgs wherever defense is a hurdle but in places where it isn't it out dpses bowfa by a bit, like at zulrah with eagle eye it's like a 3% dps increase. IMO Bowfa is pretty much better most places outside of low defence monsters like bloodvelds and such the tradeoff being the time spent to gather scales. Bow is crazy good in CoX where blowpipe is pretty much good at tightrope and baby muttadile. If you aren't wearing crystal armor blowpipe is typically better.

Honestly, learning zulrah with switches is pretty hard, If you have the cash and can buy a bowfa, do bowfa only kills then you only have to worry about prayers. Make sure you have a ring of suffering, learning with recoils is way harder. The T bow is only a +0.03 DPS difference compared to the ACB (with Twisted buckler) so you are better off using a crossbow regardless. Your trips will last a lot longer.
