It really depends if ur friend enjoys using the middle tree or focusses on other skills. (Legendary) Anarchist is probably the best one in any case as it flat out boosts gun damage. But as elemental Gaige becomes unviable later in the game, i love playing her in the earlier levels, where the zapper and catalyst class mod is suited for.
