The only thing I could find on either youtube or google about adjusting the draw length on the Bear Element is that I need a different module for the 26-27 range and that it is possible... Do you guys think Cabelas would have a different module for a 07 Bow and could change it out for me.... Guess my other option is trading it out.

I got a new sight (obviously) and had to get my bow restrung, shoots 100x better now. Wear safety glasses or sunglasses. Same as you would shooting a firearm.
