Sig p320 compact vs xcompact.

The Glock 19 as a platform has been around decades longer the the P320. However, the P320 has been around a few years longer than the Gen 5 version of the G19. The Gen 5 G19 has all the ‘latest/greatest’ and is combat ready out of the box. Oct 4, 2021 · Friday - 1st impressions (10 - 15 min of fiddling about): grips are nice, better than the std ones but don't seem overly rough (some range time will prove that one way or the other) trigger is way smoother than the 365 was when new & reset is shorter - more like my P220 Legion.

The P320 XCompact puts a 3.6″ barrel on a 15-round frame, but one of a slightly different shape than the base P320. It also incorporates the flat-bade trigger from SIG’s X line. The grip module used for the XCompact visually appears a bit odd and contrasts with the smooth lines of the regular P320 line with blocky contours.

Full Size. 8.0 in / 203 mm Overall Length. Barrel 4.7. The Carry grip module is the same height 5.5 as the Full which allows for 17 round magazine to where the Compact is 5.3 allowing 15rounds.

Both are fine pistols. The P320 is wider and heavier. That helps the P320 shoot better in my opinion but it is harder to conceal. Not hard to conceal but harder than my P365. I have a Hellcat Pro which is about the same size as the P365 XL. If I were to get only 1 I'd get the size of the P365 X or XL. Probably the XL.
