Maybe expand the available Lost Sectors. Have only the exotics drop that are associated with the release/timeline of that lost sector. Example: all Beyond Light exotics only drop from Europa lost sectors. Nothing else will drop from there. Or tie them to story so the devs can still add to those lost sectors.
