In doing a postmortem I looked at justfly's reviews page. They published glowing reviews from two companies : Feefo and Trustpilot. I investigated both of these companies. And the interesting part is that both of them have discussions about fake reviews on their websites and they accuse each other of being a perpetrators of fake reviews.

JustFly is a SCAM. My personal experience: I have purchased a ticket to travel from NYC to Europe. However, personal circumstances forced me to later change my travel dates. Most airline tickets are non-refundable. I was well aware of that when I called JustFly to ask about my options.I dislike the more than double the rate for seat assignment Justfly charges compared to the airline charges. That on top of the charge Justfly charges for the service. In total, the airline charges for 8 seats selection (two passengers, four flights round trip) $254. Justfly charges $335 more for that selection + $103 for the service.

Justfly basically washed their hands of it and said there was nothing they could do for me. They refused to give me a refund, they refused to let me speak with a manager and then put me on hold for over 1 hour. I have a complaint in to the better business bureau. DO NOT USE THEM
There are many thousands of complaints about them all across the many Tripadvisor forums, particularly the Air Travel forum, and there are complaints all over the Internet about them. A Google search of 'JustFly Reviews and Complaints' would have revealed all the negative comments and complaints before booking and you could have avoided them.
