Before it was done with the D6, nuns habit and scapula, infinite rerolling until you got a D20,then D20 to reroll items into chests, and chests into more items, and golden chests into item drops.

I agree perthro is useful. However ansuz is some what irrelevant when the world card is unlocked by default, and only having jera rune unlocked guarantees all runes to be jera which can be very useful. ie, you need to spend a bomb to get a rune and you know its jera, so you can make decisions based on that.Isaac Jera is on Facebook. What you're talking about isn't removing Blank Card Jera, it's simply a glitch being fixed that allowed you to pick up the battery and double the battery at the same time. The only ever priority I can give you is unlocking the D6 (kill Isaac with ???) and then start playing Isaac. Apart from that, I think you should unlock the runes as they make the game more spicy (Jera, Dagaz, Algiz probably priority). Unlocking Dr. Fetus/Epic Fetus is also nice for a bit of fun.
