Update works great,loading times for TWiLight Menu/DSi/SD Nand are still fast(er). GBARunner works from DSi + TWiLight Menu,but in settings it shows still Bootstrap Ver.0.14.1. So, what finally worked for me was simply leaving the TwlBg.cxi file in /luma/sysmodules folder without renaming it, and deleting the /_nds/TWiLightMenu/TwlBg folder altogether.
