ultros is a mid pop server, but its less about that and more that all servers are deadish atm. 3.1 had minimal content and most high level players have full eso sets now, so many just run roulettes/void ark and log out.

It’s spread fairly evenly across Primal, but if you took all of Primals raiders and added them together, it would be around half or a little over half of what Gilgamesh is for stuff like Extremes and Ultimate clears. Honestly, you can find a decent bit of everything.Choose your Character. Right click on the character name of the one you intend to play. You should see the option to "Visit Another Data Center." That's what you want. Click it. 3. Choose the server.
