I've been playing dwarf fortress now for the better half of five years and always seem to come to the same "road block" in prospective forts (150+ Dwarves) In the work orders list (j-m) i find it very easy to lose track of what is being produced especially if one is trying to automate industries in a large fort.

Dwarf Fortress is a big one for me, its complexity and procedure generation will leave me playing this game as an old man! I am also into Castle Story and will be making videos of my time there too.
Patients are a big problem for me. I have done literally everything i can think of, even creating a burrow that is literally occupied by a hospital next to a well right next to a kitchen/dining room with stockpiles of food and alcohol, assigned both children and orderlies to the burrow, and most of my patients still die of dehydration.
